📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production environments • Build AI-powered applications using modern software engineering best practices • Develop and optimize NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, or Generative AI solutions • Continuously evaluate and improve model performance, scalability, and reliability • Utilize Claude Code, Codex, Anti-gravity, Zed, and other AI engineering tools to improve software development productivity • Leverage AI-assisted coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and code review workflows • Evaluate emerging AI development tools and recommend best practices for engineering teams • Build reusable AI development workflows that improve engineering efficiency • Build AI agents and intelligent automation workflows to streamline engineering and business processes • Integrate AI models into production systems using APIs and cloud platforms • Design scalable workflows that combine AI services, automation platforms, and enterprise applications • Collaborate with software engineers to embed AI capabilities into existing products • Develop AI solutions that follow secure coding, privacy, and responsible AI principles • Protect sensitive data throughout the AI development lifecycle • Identify security risks associated with AI implementations and recommend mitigation strategies • Follow best practices for secure deployment and governance of AI systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science • Proven experience developing and deploying machine learning models into production • Experience building end-to-end AI applications from concept through deployment • Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, and statistical modeling • Proficiency in Python or R • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar machine learning frameworks • Experience using Claude Code, Codex, Anti-gravity, Zed, or comparable AI-assisted software development tools • Familiarity with AI-powered code generation, debugging, refactoring, and documentation workflows • Experience integrating AI coding assistants into modern software development practices • Experience building AI agents and workflow automation solutions • Knowledge of API integrations, cloud AI services, and orchestration frameworks • Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Understanding of secure software development, data privacy, and AI governance (Nice to Have)
