📋 Description

• We’re looking for a driven and strategic Community Manager to build and grow an active, engaged community of digital marketers from the ground up. • You’ll lead community efforts across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn, with the goal of creating a space where digital marketers connect, learn, and grow together. • Build and scale a thriving digital marketing community from scratch. • Create and execute a content and engagement strategy tailored to digital marketers—think discussions, AMAs, events, polls, and member spotlights. • Foster meaningful engagement by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and amplifying user-generated content. • Monitor and moderate community spaces to ensure a positive, inclusive, and spam-free environment. • Analyze growth and engagement metrics, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance. • Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and CEO to align community-building efforts with brand positioning and campaign initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or similar roles. • Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members—ideally in marketing, tech, or creator spaces. • Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn (other platforms a plus). • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, lingo, and challenges—bonus if you're already part of relevant communities. • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to connect with audiences in a friendly yet professional tone. • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide community strategies.
