📋 Description

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to their experience. • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. • Document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system. • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. • Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement. • Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or night shift setting. • Experience with CRM software and customer support tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various communication platforms and remote work tools.
