📋 Description
• We are seeking a talented and experienced ML/AI Engineer to join our team. • In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and AI solutions to enhance our service offerings. • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges. • Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training to build robust AI solutions. • Deploy and integrate machine learning models into production systems to enhance functionality and performance. • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions within existing applications. • Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and identify patterns that can inform AI model development. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI research to incorporate state-of-the-art techniques into projects. • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, making improvements as needed. • Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective AI solutions. • Communicate findings and progress to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. • At least 3-5 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles. • Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. • Experience in developing AI solutions for the construction and renovation industry.
