📋 Description

• We are seeking a talented QA for a full-time remote opportunity. • Review and provide feedback on the work we provide for our clients. • Fast paced environment requiring ability to switch between clients and projects quickly. • Perform unit, UI/UX, defect, system and integration testing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud based sites. • Design, develop, document, and implement QA processes company wide. • Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, and Designers to ensure the highest level of quality product is delivered. • Create and document test cases and scripts for larger projects including end-to-end eCommerce site launches. • Perform additional testing as needed with other vendor applications and other Salesforce Clouds. • Contribute to an ongoing process of improving test efficiency and accuracy by influencing process, tool, and infrastructure improvements. • Participate in team meetings, working with developers, business analysts, project managers, user advocates, and other testers.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience with QA • Minimum of 2 + years of experience specific to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Preferred) • Experience with testing ecommerce platform/s • Firm grasp of Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and extensions • Ability to switch between clients and projects quickly • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Ability to work under minimal supervision with a team or on your own • Able to think critically and adapt quickly within a dynamic environment • Experience doing QA testing in SFCC (formerly Demandware) environments including familiarity with Business Manager • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, roles, and work in an agile environment is a plus • Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) or other defect tracking systems.
