• Manage a team and delegate tasks • Ensure that the team is within project schedule and completes expected deliverables • Handle and escalate issues • Design and develop dynamic, secure, high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform for the healthcare industry • Create Data Dictionaries and generate application flow charts and technical documentation • Define technical specifications to meet business requirements for custom applications • Function in an Agile, structured SDLC team environment • Perform unit and integration testing • Develop Distributed Integrations between Salesforce and proprietary Enterprise Applications
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience • Minimum 4 years of Salesforce Administration experience • Minimum 1 year of Salesforce development experience with Apex • Proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) • Experience with Visualforce/Lightning Components/Aura Components • Proven experience in troubleshooting and solving complex logic problems • Ability to work US Daytime hours • Ok to work 50/50 ratio between SF Administration and Development work
