📋 Description

• Support the platform and existing solution in reaching the next stage of development • Help establish JYMMiN as a partner to major brands in the rehabilitation sector • Collaborate with team members, partners, investors, and musicians worldwide • Refine and bring existing solutions to market • Take ownership of strategically important projects from ideation and prototyping through operational implementation and iteration • Continuously improve processes to optimize key parts of the value chain • Define and implement the business infrastructure required to support growth • Collaborate with scientific and business stakeholders • Analyze markets to identify customer- and market-specific needs

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or already holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field of study • Initial professional experience is a plus • Proactive mindset, ability to think ahead, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Analytical and pragmatic approach with a strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and willingness to take responsibility • Excellent German and English skills • Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a strong advantage • Mandatory unpaid internship for students • Internship duration of 2 to 6 months
