📋 Description

• Support order review and invoicing processes in alignment with ASC 606 for subscription-based revenue • Partner with Sales and Client teams to ensure accurate and timely billing • Own and improve month-end and year-end close processes • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules • Assist in the preparation of financial statements • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and collections processes • Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger • Support tracking and reporting of key SaaS metrics including MRR, ARR, churn, and NRR • Partner with Finance leadership to provide insights that support decision-making • Ensure compliance with US GAAP • Support annual audit processes and external reporting requirements • Assist with tax filings including 1099s and sales tax • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting workflows • Help scale systems and processes to support company growth • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth environment • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, with experience in ASC 606 revenue recognition • Experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite and strong Excel skills • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment with strong communication skills • CPA preferred but not required • **What Sets You Apart** • You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy building processes from the ground up • You bring strong attention to detail while still seeing the bigger picture • You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity • You enjoy partnering across teams and influencing outcomes beyond accounting
