📋 Description
• Provide support to Sage 200 customers • Respond promptly to technical issues • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat • Provide context-specific advice to customers • Follow guidelines for case management • Maintain records of customer issues and resolutions • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers • Stay updated on changes to relevant software
🎯 Requirements
• A number of years of Sage 200 support experience • Proficient in SQL • Proven IT Support / Administration experience • Experience with Sage ISVs such as Draycir or Sicon would be advantageous • Excellent communication skills to deal with customers at all levels • Good problem-solver, self-motivated and organised
