📋 Description

• Koordination von Trainings-, Webinar- und Community-Projekten. • Planung von Timelines und Koordination aller Beteiligten. • Projektbezogene Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und Partnern. • Vorbereitung von Reportings und Dokumentation von Fortschritten. • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Programme und Prozesse.

🎯 Requirements

• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Agentur-, Corporate- oder Digitalumfeld. • Sicher im Kundenkontakt und souveräne Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern. • Strukturiertes Arbeiten und Überblick bei mehreren parallelen Themen. • Erfahrung im Reporting und saubere Dokumentation von Projekten anhand von KPIs. • Offen für den Einsatz von KI im Arbeitsalltag und idealerweise praktische Erfahrungen damit.
