📋 Description

• We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant to support implementations and provide ongoing support for our customers. • This is a permanent role which is fully remote, and the consultant will work from home with occasional travel. • Duties and Responsibilities • Design, implement and support solutions for complex business processes • Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current process and future state needs • Document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document. • Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes • Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes • Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts. • Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation • Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation/support process • Train end-users on specific processes and applications • Provide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests • Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules • Transfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing maintenance & support • Keep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features • Maintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate • A relevant degree/diploma in HR/IT • Associate or Professional level certification in one or more of the following SAP SuccessFactors modules: • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core • SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll • SAP SuccessFactors Time off • SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals • SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation • SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning and Mentoring • SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics • SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting • 3+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience • 2+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules in a lead role • Detailed and results oriented individual who takes initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks in a timely manner • Knowledgeable in current HR policies, practices, and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective • Ability to elicit and document business requirements • Ability to communicate with team members and customers clearly, concisely, and confidently, both verbal and written • Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment • Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and mentor fellow consultants on the team • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environment • Must be a Mauritian citizen • French speaking is beneficial
