📋 Description

• Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and further development of the Document Management System (DMS) • Perform system updates, configurations, and error analysis/troubleshooting • Manage interfaces to surrounding systems (e.g., ERP, email, archive) • User and rights administration as well as system documentation • Strategic development of the DMS • Capture and prioritize requirements from business units • Design and optimize document-based business processes • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in IT or business informatics • Experience with DMS/ECM systems (e.g., d.velop, ELO, DocuWare, etc.) • Good technical understanding (network, databases, interfaces) • Experience in requirements management or as a Product Owner is an advantage • Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative working style • Good knowledge of project management • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
