• This is a remote position. • Position Overview KAFOU Energy is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Project Technical Engineer to support our MEP and Retrofit projects team. • This role is vital in ensuring timely, accurate, and technically sound support during project development and execution phases. • The engineer will collaborate with site teams, design consultants, subcontractors, and procurement to ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions aligned with project goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent). • Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP or retrofit project engineering (preferably with EPC/contracting firms). • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, lighting retrofits, and solar PV systems. • Familiarity with retrofit energy efficiency measures is a strong advantage. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Excel), and understanding of Revit/BIM tools is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
