📋 Description

• Assist with budgetary, business and financial planning, ongoing actual-vs.-plan analyses and forecasts • Prepare profitability analyses • Support the development and maintenance of a meaningful KPI system • Assist in preparing reports, (management) reports and decision papers for various corporate bodies • Support and manage financings (e.g., bank loans, subsidy programs, KfW programs) and handle real estate/land matters in coordination with other departments • Support the establishment and further development of a systematic risk management framework • Assist with interim and annual closing and financial statement work

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance or real estate management • Initial experience in controlling, finance or accounting • Confident user of MS Excel and Power BI • Basic knowledge of Jedox and ERP systems (e.g., Wodis Yuneo, SAP or similar)
