📋 Description

• Fully accountable for the quality of how we deliver Workday deployments • Engage directly with customers on implementation projects • Key to developing the capability in your area and/or your local region • Developing and mentoring junior talent on projects • Share knowledge and direct thought leadership both internally and externally

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HCM Lead for Workday implementations • Deep knowledge of Workday HCM core modules • Manage system configuration, security, and business process design for HCM and Core Compensation • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills • Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup • Excellent customer management experience working with stakeholders at all levels in customer organizations • Workday certification in HCM, Core Compensation, and one other specialty with a preference on Advanced Compensation
