📋 Description
• Deliver high-quality Workday integration support for AMS clients • Configure, test, and deploy new or modified integrations using Workday technologies • Own technical consulting activities including root cause analysis and documentation • Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their evolving needs • Proactively contribute to AMS tooling, automation, and best practices • Mentor junior team members and collaborate globally
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience working tickets in a customer-facing role • Proficient in XML, XSLT, XPath • Familiar with object-oriented programming (preferably Java or J2EE) • Solid understanding of cloud architecture, web services (SOAP/REST) • Able to manage and prioritize multiple customer cases • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in distributed teams
