📋 Description

• Design and develop Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Trending, Composite) • Build dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets • Configure complex Calculated Fields • Optimize and enhance existing reporting solutions • Translate business requirements into reporting outputs • Lead or support requirements gathering sessions • Manage workload across multiple clients • Provide Workday best-practice guidance • Build strong client relationships • Manage and mentor junior consultants • Maintain Workday certifications • Contribute to internal initiatives and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Workday Reporting • Strong experience with Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and Composite Reporting • Strong communication and customer-facing skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Workday Reporting Certification (desirable) • Financials Reporting experience (desirable) • Prism experience (desirable) • Experience leading reporting or data workstreams (desirable) • Experience with EIBs (desirable)
