📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end financial reporting and ensure timely month-end closing. • Prepare accurate financial reports and management packs for senior leadership and the Board. • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning with a strong focus on accuracy. • Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and working capital management. • Manage multi-entity accounting, consolidation, and reporting. • Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable accounting standards. • Develop financial dashboards and performance reports to monitor business health and key trends. • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business and operational decision-making. • Ensure strong financial controls, data accuracy, and timely reporting across entities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. • At least 3 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in property management or real estate. • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax regulations. • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel skills. • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities. • Excellent English communication skills. • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. • Must have a driving license
