📋 Description

• Support enterprise reporting and financial system transformation initiatives • Define reporting strategy • Execute reporting cutover • Ensure data integrity during migration from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Business Acumen • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements ensuring end ‑ to ‑ end needs are met • Demonstrating active listening through clear and concise communication • Strong collaboration and team building skills • Comfortable leading working sessions across business, finance, IT and QA teams; bridging non-technical and technical teams • Managing expectations during high-impact transformation initiatives • Working independently • Ability to work with little supervision aligning to project plans and delivery timelines with quality • Detail orientation • Comfortable diving deep into reports and other artifacts to build documentation to meet client specifications, i.e., Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Change Requirements Documents (CRDs), user stories, etc. • Adaptable • Comfortable and successful working in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Strong analytic skills • Ability to analyze business asks and translate requirements into clearly defined technical solutions and user stories • Validate solutions through UAT and confirm alignment with expected business outcomes • SQL (writing complex queries, joins, aggregations) • Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis) • Experience working with databases and data warehouses, data mapping, lineage, and transformation logic
