📋 Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 ~ 7 years of experience in Terminal Operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on Optimization. • Experience in managing key client relationships & business consulting. • Someone who can think “out of the box” and make recommendations that add value to our clients. • Previous working experience in a project environment and having the ability to understand key milestones, risks & change management. • Proven track record of successful optimization projects in a container terminal or similar environment. • Experience with Terminal operating systems (TOS - Navis in particular) or other relevant software tools. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and optimization techniques. • Ability to travel as required for site assessments and client engagements. • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in container terminal operations. • Kaleris is an equal opportunity employer.
