📋 Description

• Collaborate with consultants, product managers, and service teams to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions. • Evaluate custom NetSuite development versus standard NetSuite configuration and functionality. • Recommend scalable, modular, and upgrade-safe technical approaches. • Build custom solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and related technologies. • Develop reusable components, workflows, scripts, and automation. • Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and CRMs, eCommerce platforms, third-party systems, and APIs. • Develop custom records, forms, dashboards, reports, workflows, and other NetSuite solutions. • Conduct unit testing, peer code reviews, debugging, and performance checks. • Partner with QA teams and consultants to validate solutions against use cases, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria. • Identify and resolve technical issues before deployment. • Support deployment of product features, customizations, integrations, and client-specific solutions. • Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and resolve bugs. • Provide ongoing technical support and enhancements after implementation and go-live. • Advise on feasibility, technical risks, architecture, development approaches, and NetSuite best practices. • Communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Share knowledge, mentor junior developers, and contribute to development standards. • Stay current with NetSuite releases, SuiteCloud technologies, development frameworks, and ERP trends. • Introduce version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and deployment automation where appropriate. • Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to Kalpa’s technical architecture and NetSuite standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing solutions within the NetSuite ecosystem. • Strong experience with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, REST/SOAP APIs, and NetSuite integrations. • Experience designing and developing custom NetSuite solutions, workflows, scripts, reports, forms, and integrations. • Strong understanding of software development principles, APIs, databases, integration patterns, and system architecture. • Experience integrating NetSuite with external applications such as CRM, eCommerce, financial, logistics, and other business systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions. • Understanding of ERP business processes and how technology can be used to improve operational efficiency. • Experience working with version control, development environments, testing practices, and structured deployment processes. • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with consultants, clients, project managers, and technical teams. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, high-autonomy environment.
