📋 Description

• Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. • The Financial Operations team is responsible for ensuring the money flowing in and out of the Exchange, the Clearing Org and its connected systems is all accounted for. • Oversee a high volume of financial transactions, tracking money inflows and outflows from various sources. • Generate daily reports to provide a snapshot of financial activity, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. • Continuously monitor and optimize financial processes to guarantee smooth operations and adherence to financial regulations. • Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. Provide valuable insights to support decision-making. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations that may impact our operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. • Ideally 3+ years of experience post grad. • Proven experience in a financial exchange, clearing organization or payment processing company with a high transaction volume. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. Those specific to financial exchanges, clearing organizations and FCMs are a plus. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in financial software and tools. NetSuite experience is a plus. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a team mindset.
