Kameha Grand Bonn is a design-driven lifestyle hotel located on the Rhine at Bonner Bogen (Am Bonner Bogen 1) offering upscale accommodation, dining, wellness and events. The property features 254 uniquely themed rooms and suites, multiple restaurants and bars including the Michelin-level Yunico (Japanese fine dining), a spa and sauna, a biergarten, and extensive conference and event facilities (8 rooms, up to 1,330 m²). The hotel caters to both leisure guests and corporate clients with packages, local attractions, a voucher shop and regular events like weekend brunches and live DJ sessions.

📋 Description

• Responsible for leading, organizing, and motivating the reservations team, ensuring smooth operations • Coordination & point of contact for all reservation inquiries in the area of individual reservations • Support your team during active business hours • Professional complaint handling • Creation and development of workflows, handouts, and the development and implementation of new processes • Duty & vacation scheduling • Conducting interviews, performance reviews & employee discussions as well as trainings and workshops for staff • Support the Revenue Manager with tasks such as rate & block date maintenance • Preparing statistics and reports

🎯 Requirements

• You are a host at heart and a fulfiller of wishes • A completed vocational training in hospitality or a comparable degree and professional experience in a similar position • Experience in personnel management and employee motivation • Hands-on mentality • Representation of the hotel through a positive appearance • Strong communication skills • Independent and reliable working style • An open and warm personality • Very good German and English skills • Knowledge of Opera Cloud hotel software
