• Overseeing the pre-registration/pre-certification staff • Supervising employee workflow and performance • Collaborating with department managers and multiple departments • Ensuring quality and customer service standards are met • Assisting with Human Resource management functions
🎯 Requirements
• Associates Degree or an additional four years of admitting/patient registration, or pre-registration & pre-certification in lieu of degree • High School Graduate • 3 or more years of admitting/patient registration, or pre-registration & pre-certification • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) • Epic experience (Preferred)
