📋 Description

• Manage Blue Yonder (formally JDA) Dispatcher operations • Ensure high level of customer service skills and operational understanding • Collaborate with various teams across the organization • Provide technical expertise in Blue Yonder configurations

🎯 Requirements

• Three plus year experience in 3PL from a systems and operational perspective. • Extensive experience with BY Dispatcher from a technical configuration perspective (multiple versions) • Track record of IT projects (implementations and development programmes) • Knowledge of WMS systems used within Logistics. • Knowledge of change and release processes utilised for IT products • Knowledge of the application and deployment of software testing / QA processes • Good problem-solving skills • Ability to work with minimal supervision
