📋 Description
• Set the strategic vision for the medical education portfolio to grow impact, reach, and revenue • Oversee daily operations across content development, production, outcomes measurement, compliance, finance, and strategic alliances • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and program effectiveness • Maintain and grow key partner relationships with academic, industry, and accrediting institutions to strengthen the product and brand • Ensure CME and educational programs meet accreditation standards and learner outcomes, including ongoing reaccreditation cycles (e.g., Joint Accreditation, ACCME, ACPE, ANCC) • Direct implementation of educational innovations, including AI-driven personalization and shared decision-making content • Lead budget development and operational decision-making to ensure financial sustainability and scalability • Partner with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology to ensure seamless learner experience and strong go-to-market performance • Analyze trends, learner data, and partner feedback to inform product enhancements and positioning • Represent Kaplan in public forums, conferences, and with clients as an authoritative voice on medical education strategy and innovation
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Biology, Education, or related field • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in medical education, healthcare, or edtech environments, including experience with CME, accreditation, and health education innovation • Deep understanding of healthcare education, accreditation bodies, and medical professional needs • Proven ability to lead and scale cross-functional teams • Experience in strategic planning, operations management, and financial oversight • Familiarity with grant development, compliance, and accreditation standards • Strong public speaking and relationship management skills • Experience leading AI- and tech-driven education programs preferred
