📋 Description

• Own the strategy and outcomes for a major new product line • Define and own the end-to-end product strategy for a new strategic initiative • Lead the initiative from concept through launch and scale • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and UX • Drive alignment across multiple functions and senior leaders • Serve as the product voice in executive customer conversations • Shape how Karat's extensive interview performance dataset is leveraged

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS • Proven experience defining and leading product strategy for a major customer-facing product area or new line of business • Deep comfort operating through substantial ambiguity • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders across engineering, data science, design, sales, and customer success • Experience building products that serve enterprise buyers • Strong analytical foundation with experience leveraging data to inform product decisions • Ability to set longer-range prioritization aligned to company goals • Strong curiosity about AI and its implications for how talent is evaluated and hired
