📋 Description

• Advise customers on complex Kardex software solutions for intralogistics • Combine technical expertise and strategic thinking for IT systems • Lead and advance interdisciplinary project teams • Capture and analyze customer requirements • Create specifications and documentation • Ensure economically efficient and timely project delivery based on calculations, quotations, and schedules • Independently conduct price and contract negotiations • Prepare commercial quotations and related documentation throughout the sales process • Advise customers on Power Pick System (PPS), Kardex Drive, and Kardex Java Machine Interface (JMIF)

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or alternatively Logistics • Initial experience implementing, configuring, or supporting software solutions, as well as in software sales • Experience with ERP, inventory management, and warehouse management systems (WMS/LVS), including interface integration • Good knowledge of IT infrastructures and networking in customer environments • Practical experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer and customer support • Commercial proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 • Experience in technical support or IT consulting is an advantage • Fluent German and English skills • Willingness to travel for business (10%) to customer sites • Applications should include the earliest possible start date and salary expectations
