📋 Description

• Deal with all aspects of machine/unit performance and achieve a high level of first-time fix without excessive use of parts • Provide first-line troubleshooting and remove the root cause of faults • Escalate complex or unusual issues to the appropriate individual/team and ensure efficient resolution in accordance with company policy and precedent • Install and commission Kardex products • Provide excellent customer service in accordance with established policy • Deliver basic customer product training • Communicate effectively with customers and line management at prescribed intervals • Accurately report each visit through appropriate documentation/call tracker in a timely manner • Respond to customer service requests as directed by line management • Work with minimum supervision while maintaining appropriate communication • Improve customer satisfaction and Customer Relationship Index (CRI)

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related Technical Studies • Minimum 3–5 years of working experience, preferably in field service • Customer- and business-oriented • Financial and commercial awareness • Structured, self-organized and self-motivated • Independent and team player • Communication skills • Interpersonal skills • Personal effectiveness • Project management/coordination • Flexible • IT knowledge, especially Microsoft Office • Local language(s) – native or fluent, both speaking and writing • English – fluent, both speaking and writing • Hindi – fluent, both speaking and writing • Flexible to travel within state and interstate as required • Able to extract diagnostic data to ascertain the root cause of reported faults • Logical and forward thinking when carrying out routine maintenance • Logical approach to fault analysis/problems • Able to follow laid down procedures and policies • Able to evaluate situations and respond appropriately • Self-motivated, self-disciplined and maintain a positive attitude • Able to cope with varying levels of stress and pressure • Able to make decisions/judgements • Able to work beyond working hours if required, including weekends and public holidays • Collaborates and teams effectively • Open and easy communicator • Ability to work under pressure and stressful conditions • Service-minded • Ability to influence change across multiple locations/functions and organizations • Ability to multitask
