• Lead strategic H&S projects: plan and implement projects to improve health and safety standards • Develop global H&S policies: create and maintain consistent policies across all regions • Communication and training: raise employee awareness of H&S topics and organize training programs • Support national organizations: co-responsible for the EHS software Quentic and provide support to local HSDs and QRP(s) • Evaluate H&S KPIs: analyze relevant metrics to monitor safety performance • Conduct audits: regularly review on-site compliance with H&S requirements • Document all requirements: record all relevant regulations, trainings, controls and incidents in accordance with processes and laws • Willingness to travel: 10–20% globally to effectively support projects and customer relationships.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification • Mandatory: specialist knowledge in accordance with §7 of the German Occupational Safety Act (ASiG) and a qualification in H&S (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety Specialist); knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001) • Professional experience: several years of experience in HSQ (Health, Safety & Quality) areas, ideally within an international industrial company, plus project management experience • Technical skills: solid Microsoft Office skills; experience with Quentic, CRM and SAP desirable • Languages: fluent German and English • Analytical skills: strong troubleshooting ability, ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and a clear focus on high quality and customer satisfaction.
