📋 Description

• Identify new business opportunities and position our solutions across various industries • Closely collaborate with regional sales teams by providing industry-specific insights, establishing senior-level contacts, and ensuring a coordinated approach to customer engagement • Drive strategic growth of key accounts while ensuring a seamless handover to operational sales teams • Attend industry events, conferences, specialist forums and trade fairs • Develop targeted campaigns in close coordination with Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in industrial engineering, business psychology, business administration, or equivalent expertise acquired through vocational training and extensive professional experience • Several years of experience in business development or sales • Experience in project acquisition, tendering processes and procurement procedures • Solid knowledge of current market trends and a strong sense for customer needs and requirements • Comprehensive experience in planning and implementing sales-driving strategies, as well as managing and supporting campaigns and customer projects • Excellent communication skills and a confident, persuasive presence at executive decision-maker level • Discretion and security-conscious handling of sensitive information • Willingness to travel regularly within Germany • Business-fluent German and advanced English skills
