📋 Description

• You ensure a seamless flow from sales to implementation to service—keeping things smooth, on-track, and always customer-focused. • Lead and manage Kardex projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and delivery. • Champion customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. • Identify, propose, and successfully negotiate project changes or enhancements that add value and drive improvement. • Contribute to the creation and refinement of standardized solutions, tools, documentation, and processes to support project success. • Deliver clear, concise, and effective reporting to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience. • Demonstrated success in managing projects within the intralogistics or a related industry: You get logistics. You understand what matters to the client. And you know how to turn complex needs into smart, scalable solutions. • Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch, with fluent command of English. • Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative mindset, you're always strategically positioned ahead of the game. • Recognize opportunities others might miss, manage risks proactively, and engage stakeholders with clarity and purpose.
