📋 Description

• Service of Kardex machines within the home region Hamm – Münster – Meschede • Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance and safety inspections on installed systems • Carry out additional service tasks on installed systems • Quickly detect faults and causes of malfunctions and identify appropriate solutions • Work on equipment at heights of up to approximately 7 meters • Serve as a friendly, solution-oriented point of contact for customers • Participate in the on-call mobile phone rotation on a regular basis • Advise customers on required service measures • Support customers with on-site training and instruction

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training as an industrial electronics technician, electrician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer, electronics technician or certified electrical specialist • Ability to read electrical schematics • Ability to work on systems up to 1000 volts • Field service experience preferred • Experience working at heights is an advantage • Willingness and ability to work at heights of up to 7 meters • Commitment and customer focus • Independent and solution-oriented working style • Class B driving license (valid in Germany) required • Residence within the Hamm – Münster – Meschede catchment area • Comfortable working at height • Fluent German language skills
