• Develop and update job descriptions according to organizational needs; • Conduct recruitment and selection processes for Karis and our clients (when requested), ensuring accurate hiring decisions; • Administer and interpret behavioral assessments using the Profiler through the Sólides platform; • Conduct competency-based interviews to identify candidates aligned with job descriptions and company culture; • Lead new-hire integration training, presenting the company, its history, organizational culture, professional etiquette best practices, and guidelines for effective remote work; • Prepare onboarding plans for new hires, schedule meetings with stakeholders, and follow up with the employee during the first three months. This follow-up includes acclimation, identifying gaps and development opportunities, and proposing solutions for identified needs; • Implement and monitor employee engagement/organizational climate surveys, recommending improvements based on results; • Implement performance evaluations and develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs); • Create and refine internal HR policies and processes to optimize and standardize the area; • Support leadership in strategic decision-making related to people management.
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields; • Experience in Human Resources management, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, organizational climate, and performance evaluations; • Knowledge of competency-based interview methodologies; • Experience with HR management tools such as Sólides (Profiler) or similar platforms; • Understanding of compliance and labor legislation to support people management.
