📋 Description

• Develop and update job descriptions according to organizational needs • Lead recruitment and selection processes for Karis and its clients, as needed • Administer and interpret behavioral assessments using Profiler through the Sólides platform • Conduct competency-based interviews • Lead onboarding training for new employees, introducing the company, its history, culture, professional etiquette, and remote work guidelines • Develop onboarding plans for new hires and schedule meetings with relevant stakeholders • Support employees during their first three months, identifying gaps and development opportunities and proposing solutions • Implement and monitor organizational climate surveys, recommending improvements • Implement performance reviews and develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) • Create and improve internal HR policies and processes • Support leadership, reporting directly to the CEO, in strategic people management decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field • Experience in Human Resources management, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, organizational climate surveys, and performance reviews • Knowledge of competency-based interview methodologies • Experience with HR management tools such as Sólides (Profiler) or similar platforms • Basic knowledge of compliance and labor legislation to support people management • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Discretion and reliability • Autonomy and personal accountability • Emotional intelligence • Flexibility and adaptability • Leadership and influence • Availability Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. • Must have personal equipment, including a computer and peripherals
