📋 Description

• Provide operational support to internal teams, advisors, and commercial partners • Obtain quotes and process policy submissions, issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with insurance companies • Monitor outstanding operational items, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards • Liaise with insurance companies regarding proposals, underwriting, documentation, and process regularization • Review documents and ensure operations comply with internal and regulatory standards • Support the commercial team with technical and operational information about insurance products • Track operational KPIs and prepare monitoring reports • Identify process improvement opportunities, contributing to greater efficiency and standardization • Maintain relationships with various company departments to ensure smooth processes • Support the approval and implementation of new products, insurance companies, and operational workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Economics, or a related field • Previous experience in insurance operations or back-office functions • Knowledge of major insurance lines, including Life, Auto, Property, Liability, Commercial, and others • Familiarity with insurance company portals • Intermediate Excel skills
