📋 Description

• Execute high-volume outbound activities, including cold calls, emails, and social selling • Generate meetings and appointments for clients • Provide qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) for clients • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of outreach and prospect interactions • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified meetings • Continuously improve outreach strategies • Initially work primarily as an SDR delivering multichannel campaigns and results in leads, SQLs, booked meetings, and closed deals • Potentially develop and lead a remote team of SDR consultants in the Spanish market

🎯 Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker • Professional proficiency in English • Previous successful experience in B2B telemarketing and inside sales • Strong track record in cold outreach and follow-up using phone, email, LinkedIn, and similar channels • Agency background/experience • Willingness to work in the Central European Time zone • Available to work as a freelancer, invoicing every month • Experience in the IT/technology industry is a plus • CV attachment required when applying
