📋 Description

• Build CoSeller WebOps, including the site factory, fleet dashboard, agent-driven change loop, and SEO/GEO agent engine • Productize Brightvision’s digital marketing services into automated, scalable CoSeller modules • Extend the marketing automation track into content workflows, paid media operations, and reporting modules • Design and build production AI agents for real marketing workflows • Integrate Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google Search Console, GA4, crawling/scraping, WordPress, HubSpot CMS, and Webflow APIs • Integrate Claude and OpenAI into production systems for content generation, decision-making, and agentic workflows • Contribute to core platform architecture, including data models, APIs, search, and scalability • Work directly with Swedish digital marketing specialists and collaborate with the international team • Own a new product development track from the ground up

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a developer, with senior-level ownership • Production code shipped for real customers in a SaaS or corporate software environment • Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic systems running in production • Experience with marketing, advertising, or SEO tooling and APIs • Advanced daily use of AI-augmented development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor • Strong backend skills in Node.js, TypeScript, and REST/GraphQL APIs • Experience shipping production websites and web apps • React and a modern framework such as Next.js or Astro • MongoDB or PostgreSQL • Git-based workflows and CI/CD • Fluent English, spoken and written • Availability for at least 3–4 hours of daily overlap with Central European Time • Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote-first team • Nice to have: multi-site, multi-tenant, or Website-as-a-Service platform experience • Nice to have: technical SEO and GEO skills, including structured data/JSON-LD, Core Web Vitals, and sitemaps • Nice to have: CMS API experience with WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or Webflow • Nice to have: digital marketing, SEO, or paid media background • Nice to have: outbound/CRM systems or sales automation experience • Nice to have: AWS Lambda, S3, or CloudFront familiarity • Application requires a CV, GitHub or portfolio link, and a brief introduction
