• Support local markets in planning, activating, optimizing, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns • Act as a strategic advisor, guiding campaign development across the full customer journey • Ensure the right audiences, messages, content, and channels are aligned to achieve business objectives and KPI targets • Maximize campaign performance through data analysis, marketing automation, content strategy, and continuous optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is considered a plus) • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or demand generation • Proven experience planning, executing, and optimizing integrated B2B campaigns across digital and offline channels • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, or similar tools • Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platforms to derive actionable insights • Demonstrated success with lead-generation campaigns, audience segmentation, personalized messaging, and campaign optimization • Practical experience using AI-driven marketing tools for content creation, personalization, audience insights, or campaign optimization • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Fluent English, written and spoken
