📋 Description

• You accompany, support, train and coach our clients in your specialized areas of residential property management and accounting, e.g. bookkeeping, handling taxable revenues, rent accounting, and membership administration. • You support our existing clients after implementing WOWIPORT, advise them on expansion options and continuously develop their proficiency in using our products. • You work closely with our Customer Success Management and Support teams and exchange information with colleagues about client questions and support needs. • You also coordinate closely with the team assistant. • As part of follow-up licensing, you configure WOWIPORT modules and set them up individually for our existing clients.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed commercial training or a degree and ideally are a Certified Financial Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or are willing to obtain that qualification through part-time further training. • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the residential or real estate sector. • You understand our clients’ needs and find tailored solutions. • You are enthusiastic about IT and willing to visit our clients in person across Germany.
