📋 Description

• Handle and resolve technical inquiries relating to SMART CLOUD in 2nd-level support • Provide direct support to customers with IT issues • Troubleshoot connectivity issues, error messages, and applications that fail to start in a structured manner • Narrow down potential causes of errors and identify suitable solutions • Ensure the stable operation of hosting systems and the specialist applications provided, in collaboration with the team • Analyze recurring issues and develop sustainable solutions • Communicate directly with customers by phone and email • Use telephone communication whenever it enables issues to be resolved more quickly

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable IT training; alternatively, relevant professional experience in technical IT support • Experience in technical IT support • Knowledge of Microsoft server environments • Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services (RDS) • Citrix knowledge is a plus, but not required • Enjoy helping people and resolving technical issues • Logical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving • Willingness to learn about new topics and technologies • Enjoy interacting directly with customers • Friendly, professional communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Ability to keep track of multiple concurrent requests and changing priorities • Independent working style and comfort working in a nationwide, 100% remote team • Very good command of German, both written and spoken
