📋 Description

• Advisory role: You will be the first point of contact for legal questions across our corporate group. • Contract review: You will review, draft, and negotiate contracts. • Litigation support: You will assist our companies in legal disputes. • Interface management: You will coordinate and collaborate with our external advisors. • Variety of topics: From IT law to general civil law, employment law to intermediary/broker law — the subjects are diverse and engaging!

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree: You have successfully completed a law or business law degree (State Examination, Master’s degree or equivalent) and enjoy applying your legal knowledge. • Interest in commercial law: You are willing to familiarize yourself with and develop expertise in new areas of business law. • Continuing education: You are prepared to further your training in IT law and data protection/privacy law. • Experience: You already have relevant professional experience in a commercial company or in a business law firm. • Growth mindset: Don’t meet every requirement 100%?
