📋 Description
• Organisieren und leiten der Projekte im Customer Experience Team • Planung, Organisation, Durchführung, Reporting und Dokumentation • Steuerung von Zeit und Scope der Projekte im Austausch mit unserem UX-Team sowie mit Stakeholdern • Stakeholder Management inklusive regelmäßiger Kommunikation des Projektstands • Unterstützung des Teams bei Herausforderungen und schwierigen Gesprächen • Moderation und Vorbereiten von Meetings, Erstellung von Statusberichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen • Arbeiten mit Dienstleistern, Partnern, Kunden

• sehr gute Organisator:in und Kommunikator:in • Erfahrungen mit klassischen Projekten sowie im agilen Umfeld • starke analytische und kreative Denkweise • hohes Maß an Kommunikation • Affinität für digitale Produkte und Dienstleistungen • bereit schnell Verantwortung zu übernehmen • keine Angst, Status Quo in Frage zu stellen • Spaß an Komplexität und mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zum Erfolg bringen
