📋 Description

• You conduct internal and external inspections of residential, commercial and special-purpose properties. • Our service team coordinates and schedules your routes so you can focus on your core tasks. • As part of our nationwide service network, you will take on 5 pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week. • In your region you are responsible for assessing and documenting the technical condition of properties. • You take measurements, calculate living areas and document the current construction status and any maintenance measures. • You regularly exchange information digitally with your colleagues about current team topics.

🎯 Requirements

• You have an affinity for real estate and already have some experience in the property sector or a strong interest in this exciting field. • Ideally, you have experience with area measurements and taking measurements on site. • You are communicative, reliable and able to work independently. • Your strengths are accuracy, conscientiousness and responsible conduct. • A neat, service-oriented and friendly manner is important to you, even under pressure. • You are comfortable using Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook. • You need a valid Class B driver's license and a certain amount of driving experience for the company car. • Your profile is rounded off by very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
