📋 Description

• Inspect residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties, both inside and outside • Complete 5 pre-planned day routes with approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties in the region • Take measurements and calculate living areas • Document the current construction status and any maintenance measures • Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team-related topics • Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

🎯 Requirements

• Affinity with real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field • Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements • Strong communication skills, reliability, and an independent working style • Accuracy, diligence, and a responsible approach to work • Professional, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor • Confident user of Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook • Category B driver’s license and some driving experience • Very good command of German, both written and spoken • Career level: No professional experience required
