📋 Description

• Inspect residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties, both inside and outside • Complete five pre-planned day routes, comprising approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties • Take measurements and calculate living areas • Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures • Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues about current team-related topics • Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector, or a pronounced interest in this field • Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements • Communicative, reliable, and able to work independently • Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work • Professional, service-oriented, and friendly manner • Confident user of Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook • Class B driving licence and some driving experience • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
