📋 Description

• Operate and stabilize existing ELT pipelines based on Snowflake, dbt and Airflow. • Develop and maintain maintainable data models in dbt. • Integrate heterogeneous data sources into consistent datasets. • Implement quality checks, tests and monitoring across the entire pipeline. • Develop, maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports. • Act as a sparring partner for the team lead on architecture and process decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering. • Proven responsibility for pipelines (end-to-end ownership). • Strong SQL skills. • Practical experience with dbt and Snowflake or BigQuery. • Hands-on experience with Airflow or a comparable orchestration tool. • Production use of Python for data pipelines. • Experience with Power BI or willingness to develop skills further. • Good German language skills (B2+) to communicate technical matters to non-technical stakeholders. • Self-organized working style and willingness to take responsibility. • Adaptability to changing requirements or conditions.
