📋 Description

• You develop and operate backend applications based on C# and .NET within a predominantly Microsoft-based tech stack (including Windows Server, MS SQL). • You implement new features and further develop existing applications — from requirements analysis through implementation to operation. • You work closely with product managers and stakeholders, question requirements, and contribute your own technical solution proposals. • You are part of an agile team (Scrum with a tendency toward Kanban) and actively shape the development process. • You ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and clean architectures. • You support the growth and further development of the development team and contribute as a sparring partner or technical catalyst.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of C# / .NET • Experience with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) and API interfaces. • A solid understanding of software architecture, clean code practices, maintainability, performance, and security. • Experience with agile development processes and enjoyment of cross-team collaboration. • Willingness to treat testing as an integral part of your development work (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests). • Very good English skills (at least C1) and good German skills (at least B2).
