📋 Description

• Design user-centered end-to-end design processes • Take responsibility for all relevant design steps • Translate product goals into clear user experiences • Ensure the user experience across the entire product bundle • Work closely with Product, Data, Development, Sales and stakeholders • Continuously test, validate and iterate using prototyping and user feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer • Ideally in SaaS, platform, growth, or experimentation environments • Structuring complex product scenarios • Develop clear UX solutions • Conduct research, UX concepting and UI design across all relevant phases • Work in a user-centered way and quickly understand user needs • Critical thinking and co-ownership • Strong collaboration and communication skills
