📋 Description

• Take technical responsibility for the area • Define goals and make architectural decisions • Conduct market analysis and monitor relevant technologies • Work closely with Product and stakeholders • Own the technical viewpoint for Discovery & Delivery • Maintain code and quality standards • Ensure high code quality and testing standards • Provide technical guidance and mentor developers

🎯 Requirements

• Many years of experience in developing complex software systems • Technical leadership experience (e.g., Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or Staff Engineer) • Strong sense for architecture and system design • Experience coordinating with Product and stakeholders • Several years of experience with Java/Spring Boot and TypeScript/Angular • Confident working with APIs and CI/CD pipelines • High standards for code quality and test coverage • Understanding of reliability and maintainability in production systems • Interest in new technologies and AI potentials
