📋 Description

• Technical support for a fixed service area around Mannheim, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Pforzheim and Heilbronn • Expert in the commissioning, maintenance and repair of entertainment and gaming machines • Provide on-site technical assistance to customers • Perform cash collections • Use digital work orders and maintain a stable customer base

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in electronics, information technology or radio and television technology • Professional experience as a field service technician, ideally in the gaming/automated-machines industry • Desirable: knowledge of communications and network technology (Ethernet technology, cabling and components, e.g. switches) • Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
